Each Lina Shatara pieces is hand crafted and requires delicate care and storage to prolong the longevity of the piece.

  • Please avoid direct contact with chemicals, water, lotions or perfumes. Apply perfumes and lotions before putting on your jewelry.
  • After wear, wipe down jewelry with a polishing cloth. This will remove body oils, makeup, hairspray, etc. and will prevent damage that may be caused by contact with any of the above. Polishing cloths will also remove some of the natural tarnish on charms.
  • Avoid impact with hard surfaces and handle jewelry with care.
  • Never use any chemical jewelry cleaners on you jewelry.
  • Store in a plastic bag inside a jewelry box to protect from light exposure.


Due to the hand-crafted  nature of our jewelry, please allow 5-7 business days for us to fill your order and ship. You will be notified by email when your order ships. In the event we are out of stock we will notify you on production time. If you need to place a rush order, please email

Fed Ex is our current carrier. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (AFO or PPO boxes). We apologize for any inconvenience.  All packages sent will be insured. We currently offer expedited shipping and may be chosen at the time of checkout.


If you aren’t completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return within 7 days of the date the package arrives. Please email and we will send you return instructions and shipping label. You will be credited in full.  Please note in your email if you prefer to exchange your piece. All returned pieces must be unworn and in good condition. All special/custom orders are considered not returnable. All pieces discounted and or on sale are non returnable and all sales final.

Repair Policy

We are happy to repair any jewelry design purchased through our website, retail space or special events within six months of the purchase date for free. After six months, there is a repair fee contingent upon material availability and nature of the repair. If the item was purchased through one of our stockist, please contact them directly to handle your repair. All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
