At Lina Shatara Designs we take your privacy very seriously. Your personal information will never be sold or shared to other companies/third parties and is used solely for placing your order. The information we collect is used for the purpose of creating a quality shopping experience, expedite checkout and fulfillment. We may use your email address to send you electronic updates, news, and sales. You are able to opt out of this any time online or by contacting us directly at: email@example.com
We take extra precaution on our site to ensure secure payment transactions. We use a payment method that is certified level 1 PC1 compliant and uses 128 bit SSL encryption to ensure card data is safe and secure.
We take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure your information is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed
We use Stripe to process your payment. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.
All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe's internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plain text card numbers; instead, they can just request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static white list. Stripe's infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure, and doesn't share any credentials with Stripe's primary services (API, website, etc.).
